Privacy
ExoEthos by Nerddi is the mailbox service for your Nerddi identity-backed @nerddi.com address. It combines internet mail with verified Nerddi network mail in one inbox.
Identity
CentroShield authenticates your Nerddi ID. ExoEthos uses the authenticated issuer and immutable subject to bind one mailbox to you and route addresses and aliases attached to that identity.
Mail data
ExoEthos stores the mailbox, messages, message state, drafts, labels, groups, delivery records, transport metadata, and attachments or network objects needed to provide mail features. Message content is available only to participating mailboxes and authorized services needed to operate the service.
External email
Internet mail sent to or from your @nerddi.com address passes through the configured external mail transport provider. Routing information, message headers, sender and recipient addresses, and message content needed for delivery may therefore be processed by that transport provider in addition to ExoEthos.
Verified network mail
Messages created by authenticated Nerddi network services may carry verified service metadata and structured network objects. Those indicators are kept separate from ordinary external email so ExoEthos can show the trust source accurately.
AI analysis
Mail is not automatically analyzed by the on-demand analysis feature. If you choose Analyze with Nerddi, relevant message content may be sent through the configured CentroSky provider to produce derived convenience metadata such as a summary, priority, category, suggested action, or detected deadline.
