Terms of Service
ExoEthos by Nerddi provides identity-backed mail for authenticated Nerddi users, including internal network mail and external internet email through an @nerddi.com address.
Network identity
Your mailbox is tied to your CentroShield-authenticated Nerddi identity. Do not attempt to impersonate another person, take over another address, or impersonate a protected network service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ExoEthos to harass users, distribute malicious or unlawful content, send abusive bulk or spam email, evade network controls, damage sender reputation, or interfere with service availability.
External mail
Internet delivery depends on third-party mail transport, destination providers, network availability, and anti-abuse systems. Delivery to or from an external provider is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed, rejected, filtered, or bounced by systems outside ExoEthos.
Service messages
Verified service indicators are reserved for network services authenticated by ExoEthos. Ordinary users and external senders cannot assign themselves a verified Nerddi network badge.
AI features
AI summaries and classifications are convenience features, not authoritative records. Source messages and source services remain authoritative for payments, ownership, account security, deadlines, and other transactional facts.
